Nadia Mohamed (b. 1992 New York, NY) is an artist based in New York, working primarily with Screenprint. Her subject of choice is the ethereal, focusing on the beauty of glowing orbs and soft color. Through her works, she attempts to construct an immersive visual experience that provides a connection between the viewers and the artwork. Her goal is to communicate her interpretation of the deeper meaning of feelings, relationships, and emotions. She infuses the concept of lightness and serenity that lies beyond the realm of the physical. Nadia invites viewers to fall into the dreamy depth of her screenprint, wandering among dancing orbs to discover the hidden beauty contained within.


Nadia Mohamed’s work has been exhibited at the LACMA and The Portland Art Museum. She is in collections including LACMA and The Dean Collection. She graduated with her BFA from Pratt Institute and her MFA from Yale. She lives in New York, New York.
