Felix Meza’s (b. 1976 Santa Fe, New Mexico) work captures the beauty of nature in the canyons and trails of New Mexico, where he resides. His mission is to allow viewers to experience the wildlife and landscapes of the region in a vivid and captivating way. Through Felix's lens, he magnifies the details of the environment and allows the audience to take a closer look into the beauty of the area. His compositions evoke a sense of connection between the audience and the nature that surrounds them. Ultimately, Felix hopes to translate the raw and natural beauty of the world around him into tangible works of art.
Felix Meza’s work has been exhibited at the LACMA and The Portland Art Museum. He is in collections including LACMA and the Hammer Museum. He graduated with his BFA from California Institute of the Arts. Meza lives and works between Los Angeles and Santa Fe.
